While we will be starting operations as a traditional cutting facility processing raw beef, pork, veal, lamb, and poultry, we plan to expand our product portfolio to one not currently offered in our marketing area. Our near-future plans include an offering of both raw and smoked sausages, in-house dry-aged beef, a smoking facility, and an in-house charcuterie program fully utilizing the entire animal in our production practices.
