Catanese Classics is based in Cleveland, Ohio (with our new headquarters located at 15500 S. Waterloo Rd., Suite 104). We serve customers not only across the state of Ohio but also in surrounding states - including parts of Pennsylvania, Indiana, Michigan, and more - for delivery or distribution. Our principles are founded on bringing the region an expansive variety of quality seafood, meat, and specialty ingredients while emphasizing timely and professional delivery. Once purchased, seafood should be put on ice or refrigerated immediately. If you plan to use it within two days, keep it in the fridge; otherwise, wrap it tightly and freeze it. When preparing, avoid cross-contamination by cleaning hands, utensils, and surfaces well. Thaw frozen seafood safely (in the fridge overnight or in cold water if cooking immediately), and cook seafood to safe internal temperatures or until shellfish open.

Catanese Classics adheres to strict food-safety guidelines, following HACCP regulations, Interstate Shellfish Certification, and also working with third-party auditors to maintain compliance with current hygiene and seafood-handling protocols. This helps ensure that all seafood, meats, cheeses, and specialty items are handled safely from procurement through delivery.

For general orders (seafood, meat, etc.), please call or email our team for delivery information and availability - since lead time depends on location and product. 

For clambakes, all orders must be placed by Tuesday for same week Friday or Saturday pick-up or delivery.

Catanese Classics work with a large network of trusted global suppliers and fisheries, and maintain strict standards to ensure quality and traceability. Our purchasing team makes strategic buys (fresh or frozen) to protect customers from supply disruptions or price spikes. When needed, we source via truck, air, overnight express or even by boat to guarantee fresh quality and availability.

Yes. We rent out the clambake equipment - steamers, baskets, pots, and burners - but you handle the cooking. Please note we do not provide propane.
