We custom process to exacting customer specification in our state-of-the-art facility for next day delivery to your place of business. While we will be starting operations as a traditional cutting facility processing raw beef, pork, veal, lamb and poultry, we plan to expand our product portfolio to one not currently offered in our marketing area. Our near future plans include an offering of both raw and smoked sausages, in house dry aged beef, a smoking facility and an in-house charcuterie program fully utilizing the entire animal in our production practices.

We also offer grass fed beef, wagyu beef, heritage breed locally sourced pork, humanely raised and processed veal and lamb, air chilled chicken as well as an extensive offering of exotic proteins including bison, elk, venison, wild boar and so much more.
